The DOBBS Corporation d/b/a DOBBS, RAM & Company was founded in the state of Georgia in January 1986. Since then, DOBBS, RAM & Company has continuously provided professional Information Technology systems management and consulting services.

DOBBS, RAM & Company represents the merger of two established and well-known companies :

• The DOBBS Corporation (DOBBS), founded in 1981, provided financial advisory services to states, counties and public and governmental authorities with regard to the issuance of municipal bonds throughout the southeast and across the United States. DOBBS developed custom-designed management and financial information systems for its clients and also developed ARBI-COMP™, an information management system which calculates arbitrage rebate information for issuers of municipal bonds.
• Resource Account Management, Inc. (RAM), founded in 1979 as a systems design and programming firm, provided programming services in COBOL, FORTRAN, and Assembler languages on mainframe platforms. RAM had a successful reputation for programming and project management with local and regional corporate clients such as The Southern Company, The Coca Cola Company, The First National Bank of Atlanta (now known as Wachovia Bank), as well as local and state government clientele.
